Return and Refund Policy for Shoeb's Mart

1. Eligibility for Returns: You may return most new, unused items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons unless they are faulty or unopened. This will be clearly stated on the product page. Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for return unless they are faulty. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s). Packaging: Securely package the item(s) you are returning in the original packaging, if possible, along with all original tags and accessories. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package. Shipping the Return: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a faulty item or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

3. Inspection and Processing of Returns: Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 1. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 business days of receiving the item(s).

4. Refund Options: Full Refund: If your return is approved and meets our policy requirements, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) to your original payment method. Store Credit: You may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund, which can be used for future purchases at "Shoeb's Mart." Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a different product of equal value (subject to availability), please indicate this when you initiate your return. Additional shipping charges may apply for the exchanged item.

5. Non-Refundable Items: As mentioned in Section 1, certain items may not be eligible for refunds or exchanges for hygiene reasons or if they are marked as "Final Sale." Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty item or an error on our part.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a return or exchange and will cover the return shipping costs. Please provide clear photos of the faulty item or the incorrect item you received along with your order number.

7. Damaged Items During Shipping: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the original packaging and provide photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.

8. Refund Processing Time: The time it takes for your refund to be processed and appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution. Please allow 2-3 business days after your refund is processed by us.

9. Our Right to Refuse Returns: "Shoeb's Mart" reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements of this policy.
